Our go-to device when we want to change something in our design or to check some measures

How it’s made - Part 6: Archings planning

This is the “secret tool” we use whenever we have to check a measure or change a design. It is not our invention, but on the contrary, it’s the core of the historical foundation of design. It’s a musical instrument used by everyone who had to design things (not only musical instruments but also furniture, buildings, theatres) because it was the most handy. The beauty of this is that we could design an instrument using the musical intervals, the temperament favoured by the customer to embody their musical sensibility in an instrument.
